Very good figure center forward, he has a powerful and
precise left kick and shows an extraordinary ability to
protect the ball from interventions attempts by opponent
defenders.
He spent his childhood in Australia. He followed in his
father's footsteps: his father Roberto, a technically
very gifted middle forward, asserted himself playing for
Sampdoria, Fiorentina, Juventus, Roma and Bologna.
He is well known for his extraordinary athletic performances:
he runs 30 meters in 3.9', he jumps 46 centimeters high
from standing, he runs 3100 meters in 12 minutes. He is
considered one of the strongest forwards around.
