Almeyda has a strong temperament and plays with fierce
determination in the centre of the park. Defensively very
able, he is quick on the counter-attack. A skilful and
two-footed player, he is an excellent reference point
for the team both in defence and attack.
Not a particularly prolific scorer, Almeyda is quick in
anticipating and is a very good reader of the game.
